Firezat shall replace any Fire Shields found to be defective within one year from the date of purchase.
Firezat also offers a conditional guarantee and will refund 100% of the purchase price of the Firezat Fire Shield if the home or property is properly covered and is still declared a total loss by the insurance company or local fire department providing the following conditions are met in full.
The basic conditions are:
1. The customer deploys a complete house cover solution for their home covering all exposed combustible structure components.
2. All material is properly anchored to the property to withstand wind and fire assaults using the shield band system.
3. The customer takes clear, close photos of all sides of the home and roof showing that the house cover deployment and anchoring are in compliance with the instructions prior to the fire and sends copies of the photos via Fed Ex, UPS, or email dated prior to the start of the fire to Firezat. Photos can be emailed to Firezat at firstname.lastname@example.org
4. All other conditions, stipulations, warnings, and instructions are followed and agreed to as outlined in the Disclaimer of Warranty and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY as outlined below.
If the home is destroyed within 12 months of the purchase date of the fire shields with the preceding conditions met Firezat will refund 100% of the purchase price of the fire shields excluding S&H. If it has been over 12 months but less than 24 months, Firezat will refund 50% of the purchase price excluding S&H. After 24 months Firezat will no longer offer the basic guarantee. This program may be modified from time to time at the discretion of Firezat.

Always obey fire, police, and all other emergency personnel when ordered or requested to evacuate an emergency area immediately.
Avoid contact with all power lines and cables attached to structures. Use extreme caution when deploying in high wind situations especially when working near power lines, windows, vehicles, or on ladders, or scaffolding. Beware of potential damage due to wind blowing the material and or causing the metal grommets to strike property and cause damage.
Firezat does not encourage homeowners to climb on the roof of any structure and provides information on how to deploy without mounting roofs or leaving the ground. Always use caution if walking or standing on a roof, ledge or using a ladder.
Be aware that winds can and will increase during a fire and can reach speeds of 40 MPH or more. When covering a roof surface it is imperative that no seams or edges are open that can allow fire material to enter under the cover and cause ignition. Seal ALL seams using tack strips, nails, sandbags, or other weighted material that cannot be dislodged by high winds.
It is imperative that the edges of the tarps are secured either to the structure or wrapped around the structure and secured to prevent wind from dislodging the edges. See the product instructions included with the product for proper installation instructions and review our installation tips.
Due to the high reflective characteristics of the Aluminized material avoid looking at the material when possible on sunny days without proper eye protection. Firezat recommends wearing protective dark glasses when installing a House Cover during daylight hours.
